Born June 24 in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Attends College of Architecture at Arizona State University, Tempe, graduating with a B.Arch.
   
1968
Awarded Architecture foundation Travel Grant; spends summer working for the Cwmbran Development Corporation on the design of New town Cwmbran, Wales
Meets Bruce Goff
     
1970-72
Works intermittently in Goff's Kansas City, Missouri and Tyler, Texas offices; supervises construction of Goff's Glen Harder House, Mountain Lake, Minnesota
     
1972-73
Works in Albuquerque office of George Wynn
 
1976
  Accompanies Goff as visiting critic, School of Architecture, Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut
 
1978-88
  Assists Goff on design of the Pavilion for Japanese Art, Los Angeles County Museum of Art; completes design and supervises construction after Goff's death
 
1980-81
  Visiting Instructor, School of Architecture and Planning, University of New Mexico, Albuquerque
 
1982
